We've been ordering this coffee for a while now as whole beans that we use for black pour-over. We are very particular about our coffee, especially as the way we make it really emphasises the flavour, so you can tell if you've got a good one (or not.) This is most definitely a good (/excellent) one! The local delivery is always so quick and friendly too. Such a treat, and I love that you're just down the road too - I'm really glad we found Rye Bay!
