80% Honduras and 20% Ethiopian.
Both the Honduras and Ethiopian Beans are 100% arabica and single origin made using the washed process.
The coffee comes from the west of Honduras close to Guatemala and El Salvador perfect conditions for growing coffee.
A clean and smooth coffee, with bright acidity and mellow body. Notes of butter, praline and golden syrup.
 
The Ethiopian Bean comes from the southwest of the country.
The Coffee has notes of melon, pear drops, and a hint of rich maple syrup. Sourced from the high-altitude Sidamo region.
The beans are grown under strict organic and Fairtrade certifications. Guaranteeing the quality and ethical sourcing.
The blend becomes a perfect coffee for espresso, milk-based drinks along with a lovely cup of filter coffee or AeroPress.
