Service Description

This session is completely personalised to what you would like to gain from it- so when your session is booked- your training teacher will contact you to discuss your goals and areas of topic focus in the session- then your teacher will create a session plan and send it over for you to review. An example of how your session can be structured: Your two-hour session will consist of the learning about fundamentals of creating the perfect espresso. We take a hands-on approach to learning. After our trainers explain and demonstrate each technique, you’ll step up to the machines yourself—practicing how to make coffee and building your skills through real experience. You will be taught by professional baristas who have been trained to teach at London School of Coffee and have years of experience in the coffee industry. Key skills you will learn- - Grinder & Espresso Machine operation, cleaning & maintenance. - Espresso recipe. - Dialing in your grinder. - Determining your extraction. - Drinks preparation & presentation. - The importance and practice of consistency in making coffee. Experience required- No experience necessary. Ideal for individuals new to the coffee industry or those looking to refine their barista skills through, one-to-one training that is tailored to your personal goals. Additional information Price- £80 + VAT Minimum number of persons- 1 Max number of persons- 1 Duration- 2 hours We ask that students come to the session 15 minutes prior to their booking time. Location- Your training session will take place at our premises: Westfield Ln, Westfield, Hastings TN35 4SQ Please note there is one small flight of stairs to get up to the training area.
